Reports are green, but sponsors sense the underlying delivery picture is amber or red.
Budget keeps growing
Run-rate climbs without a clear path back to scope and timeline commitments.

Delivery Audit FAQs
How disruptive is the audit to my team?
Interviews run 45-60 minutes per stakeholder. We work from artifacts you already have. The team never builds new reports for us.
Do you replace the existing PM?
No. The audit strengthens the existing PM. Where capability gaps are the root cause, we recommend coaching or, in rare cases, an interim PM.
What does the sponsor receive?
A short executive deck, the full findings document, and a one-page action plan with owners and dates.
Can the audit run remotely?
Yes. Most audits run hybrid. Fully remote engagements are common for distributed teams.
