Learning outcomes
What participants will be able to do by the end of the program
Compress complex delivery context into a decision-ready narrative in under three minutes.
Diagnose influence and engagement, then design a cadence per stakeholder segment.
Frame issues so sponsors respond with decisions rather than more questions.
Build status views that surface change, not just current state.

Stakeholder communications: FAQs
Is this a presentation-skills course?
Partly. It also covers reporting structure, escalation, and dashboard design, not just speaking.
Do we work on our real reports?
Yes. Participants bring current artifacts and rework them with coach feedback.
Can this be delivered to a board prep group?
Yes. We run condensed private sessions for board and steering committee preparation.
What if our stakeholders are global?
We cover async reporting patterns and time-zone-friendly cadence design as part of the curriculum.
