Produce status reports that surface what matters without burying execs in detail.

Designed to fit around real delivery work, not replace it

3-day intensive

Full cohort delivery across three consecutive days, on-site or live online.

Weekly cohort

Six weekly half-day sessions with practical assignments between modules.

Cohort size 8-20

Small-group discussion, labs, and peer review of real artifacts from your projects.

Charters, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder maps you can use day one.

Project Management 101: FAQs

Do participants need prior PM experience?

No. This is the entry-level program; anyone running their first project can join.

Is there a certification at the end?

We provide a certificate of completion. The program complements (but does not replace) PMP or PRINCE2.

Can the agenda be tailored to our tools?

Yes. We adapt templates and examples to your stack (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).

Is follow-up coaching available?

Yes, we include office hours after the program and optional 1:1 coaching can be added.
